Travel desk and shop
We have a travel desk which can help you plan every aspect of your trip from arranging free walking tours, booking tickets to planning day trips to Port Douglas, we have it all. We also sell a variety of items should you have left anything behind such your tooth brush or travel adaptor.
Free linen provided
Your fresh linen is on your bed, which we have made for you :-).
Reception
Reception is open 7 days a week. The manager lives on site so someone is never far away.
Luggage storage
Free storage for your bags to guests arriving before check in time, for guests checking out it will cost a small fee to leave their bags.
Common room
We have a chilled out common room with a TV lounge area and a games area.
Free showers
Single sex showers are located on every floor.
No lockout or curfew
Our entrance is secured with a secure electronic card system, meaning there is no lockout or curfew period. Best of all the hostel is secure and no non guests can enter.
Nightly events
We have nightly events promoters taking guests from the hostel to some of the trendiest pubs and clubs in the area.
Payphones
Payphones are located close by.
Laundry facilities
Wash and dry your clothes in our laundry room on our ground Floor. Washing powder can be bought from our travel shop.
